Matriculation and above. Freshers are welcome.
Requirements:
- Manage office tasks such as filing, in-out data recording, generating reports, preparing quotes, and maintaining registers
- Coordinate and communicate activities for the office
- Provide ad-hoc support to the office and other staff members and departments, as needed to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
- Manage stationaries, petty cash, housekeeping, and office hygiene
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet essential deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain polite and professional communication by phone (sometimes email)
- Comfortable using MS word and excel
- Other essential admin work
