Requirements:

  • Manage office tasks such as filing, in-out data recording, generating reports, preparing quotes, and maintaining registers
  • Coordinate and communicate activities for the office
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the office and other staff members and departments, as needed to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities.
  • Manage stationaries, petty cash, housekeeping, and office hygiene
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet essential deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain polite and professional communication by phone (sometimes email)
  • Comfortable using MS word and excel
  • Other essential admin work
